Founder of HR@Work & Partners, Karin Berney is trilingual (F, D, E), originally from Zurich and based in French-speaking Switzerland for many years. With her Swiss-German roots and her grounding in the Romandie, she moves naturally between the two Swiss cultures.

She began her career in Human Resources as a member of the management team at two multinationals, Haemonetics and Eli Lilly (Switzerland), developing expertise across all HR disciplines: attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing talent. She also teaches HR at the HEG as part of the International Business Management (IBM) programme. linkedin

Stefanie Heeb Blanc, HR Advisor, originally a certified nurse, spent later many years working for international companies, including in recruitment. Trilingual (German, English, French). Trustworthy, reliable, discreet, and caring.

Sylvère Berney, Real Estate Advisor, with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate in Switzerland, Sylvère Berney has managed and developed large-scale portfolios and projects at Jelmoli, Wincasa, and Swiss Prime Site, notably heading the Geneva office of Swiss Prime Site AG. He currently serves on several boards of directors and foundations.
