Founder of HR@Work & Partners, Karin Berney is trilingual (F, D, E), originally from Zurich and based in French-speaking Switzerland for many years. With her Swiss-German roots and her grounding in the Romandie, she moves naturally between the two Swiss cultures.

She began her career in Human Resources as a member of the management team at two multinationals, Haemonetics and Eli Lilly (Switzerland), developing expertise across all HR disciplines: attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing talent. She also teaches HR at the HEG as part of the International Business Management (IBM) programme.

Since 2011, HR@Work & Partners brings together experienced and complementary HR consultants, offering its services in four languages (French, German, Swiss-German and English). A partnership with Kohlberg & Partner ensures a complete presence across Switzerland.
